2: All turtles under 4” are not to be sold as PETS! Only scientific, educational, and export purposes only.
3: All animals are guaranteed feeding and healthy prior to shipping.
4: All animals come with a 5-day health guarantee.
5: I also guarantee the sexing of my animals. If they are listed as males or females, they are guaranteed to be as such.
**NOTE: Temperature sexed or “Probable Male/Female” animals are not 100% guaranteed. **
6: No guarantee that animals are free of parasites.
7: We are not responsible if an animal bites, stings, or hurts an individual in any way.
8: Shipping is NEVER refundable.
9: We are not responsible for any vet fees.
