We guarantee that all our animals are feeding and healthy prior to shipping. All animals come with a 7-day health guarantee. Not following proper care (such as proper lighting, diet, daily care, etc...) will void our guarantee.  If you are a first time reptile owner please refer to your care sheet for proper care. Please note that at times it can take a reptile up to 2 weeks to fully acclimate to its new habitat and surroundings. When your animal arrives handle it only to inspect it thoroughly. Then place it in its new enclosure and do not handle the animal. Try feeding it 2 days after the animal arrives. Do not worry if your animal does not feed, it may just need more time to acclimate. Once your animal begins to feed regularly you may begin to handle your animal. Not following proper care (such as proper lighting, diet, daily care, etc...) will void our guarantee.
